 ScriptPro’s SP100 robotic prescription dispensing system with Industrial Control Center integrates to your mail-order or central-fill conveyance system. The system contains 100 standard cells or a combination of standard and extended capacity cells which are easily calibrated by on-site users. Tablets and capsules of all shapes and sizes are dispensed into standard bottles and vials. Direct dispensing from cell to bottle eliminates potential for cross contamination. Redundant bar-code and RFID technologies further assure accuracy and quality control throughout the dispensing and replenishment process.
The conveyor system delivers an RFID driven puck with a pre-labeled bottle to the robot. The SP100 retrieves the bottle from the puck and fills the prescription robotically. Once the prescription is complete, the SP100 returns the bottle to the puck and notifies the system that the order is complete for inventory adjustment. The filled prescription can now advance to verification and capping.
This robust, flexible and accurate system is ideal for mail-service and central-fill pharmacy systems.
