 The TP125 Pack Station is designed for order fulfillment and packaging applications in the soft goods, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and consumer products industries. This is a completely self-contained semi-automated packaging system featuring the APS PS 125™ Autobag® system in combination with a Mettler Toledo PS60 weigh scale and Symbol scanner.
The Autobag® PS 125™ tabletop bagger is specifically designed to bring simplicity, versatility and value to current hand packaging applications. Rated at speeds of 8–25 bags per minute (depending upon configuration) the PS 125™ Tabletop system is ideal for a wide range of order fulfillment and packaging needs.
This operator friendly system can be fully integrated with almost any shipping and order management software for next bag out 1:1 packaging and order fulfillment. The system can also be used for quick staging and packaging of products that require the printing of part numbers, descriptions and bar codes on the outside of polybags.
